Happy 2014! Brace yourselves for the new year!

As 2013 comes to an end we wish you all the best in the coming year! May it be the time of fulfillment and satisfaction, both in your professional and personal lives. Many special achievements, positive suprises and great moments with people you care about!

It will be also a very exciting year for us. We are of course preparing the 3.2 release of Datapolis Workbox but in the meantime we are working on the new product that will expand workflow deployment and allow to create advanced, customizable models of business processes. Expect more details in the coming months.

On this blog we will start the new year by the series of articles by Tomasz Głogosz, Datapolis Workbox project manager and senior .NET architect. He will write about one of the possible applications of our solution: SharePoint reminders. You will learn how to deploy an advanced process that supports assigning, working and checking on an issue, can dynamically create and manage process roles and may be swiftly adopted to new conditions. We hope you will enjoy reading it.

Once more: all the best in 2014! See you in January!

SharePoint Community and CompartiMoss

It has been quiet on our side for the last couple of weeks but we hope to make it up. We have two good news that we want to share with you.

First, we are Gold Sponsor of, the biggest and most vibrant social network of SP users. In exchange for our support we were featured as Editor's Choice in the December community newsletter - read it here. Thanks to Mark Jones and Vlad Catrinescu for their invaluable cooperation!

Second, an article by our project manager Tomasz Głogosz was included in the latest issue of CompartiMoss, the magazine of Spanish-speaking SharePoint community. The article, with a rather dramatic title "¿Olvidar o no olvidar? No olvidar - ¡Utiliza SharePoint y simplemente recuerda!", discusses SharePoint reminders - how they may help you, how to construct them using various tools (alerts, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, Nintex, Datapolis Workbox) and what are pros and cons of every solution.

You can read the article here or download the whole magazine here. And of course it is in Spanish, but we should prepare an English version pretty soon!

Expect more from us in a short time. See you!
